CHICKEN WALNUT SALAD (House Specialty)

Diced roast chicken breast with walnut and celery mixed with light mayonnaise.

 

OLIVIEH SALAD

Diced chicken breast, boiled eggs, potatoes, pickles and peas mixed with a combination of olive oil and light mayonnaise.

 

DOLMEH

Cooked Grape leaves, stuffed with rice, Tarragon,

Split Peas, Green onions, Basil, Parsley and Herbs.

 

KASHK-E-BADEMJAN

Sautéed eggplant, onion and Garlic blended into a paste. Topped with

Kashk (Whey) and fried Mint.

 

EGGPLANT BORANI

Sautéed eggplant, onion, Garlic and yogurt,

blended into a paste, Topped with fried Mint.

 

KOKO SABZI

Mixture of eggs, sautéed cilantro, green onion, and parsley.

 

TADIG

Crispy rice with one or two stew.

 

HUMMUS      

Mixture of feta, Garbanzo beans, fresh Lemon juice, Garlic and Olive oil.

 

MAUST-O-KHIAR

Yogurt mixed with chopped Cucumber and Mint.

 

MAUST-O-MOOSIER

Yogurt mixed with chopped Shallots.

 

TORSHI

Traditionally mixed and aged carrots, cauliflower, eggplant

and herbs pickled in Grape vinegar.

 

COMBINATION PLATTER

Combination of Dolmeh, Hummus, and Kashk-e-Bademjan.

 

KABOB HOUSE SPECIAL PLATTER

Choice of any three of the above appetizers.
