DOLMEH Cooked Grape leaves, stuffed with rice, Tarragon, Split Peas, Green onions, Basil, Parsley and Herbs.
KASHK-E-BADEMJAN Sautéed eggplant, onion and Garlic blended into a paste. Topped with Kashk (Whey) and fried Mint.
